*Appointments are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. They cannot be scheduled less than 24-hours prior to your desired time. After reserving your time, you will receive a confirmation email with details for your appointment, as well as an electronic consent form.
The electronic consent form must be fully completed and submitted prior to your scheduled appointment. Please complete each field fully with proper spelling, including your date of birth and Gannon ID number, which can be found on your Gannon ID card.
This testing is not required. We are offering this service to those who would like to have peace of mind before seeing family and friends after the semester ends. This service is a proactive approach to helping to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to keeping our Gannon family healthy and safe and, by extension, those with whom they may come in contact.
The timing of the voluntary testing is designed to align with required timeframes should you receive positive test results and need to isolate so that you may be released by the semester’s end. However, please understand that a COVID-19 test is a snapshot of your health at the time that it is taken. It is not a guarantee that you will not be exposed to or contract COVID-19 after the test is taken. Because of this, it is critical to be diligent and proactive in guarding your health after your test by wearing your mask, watching your distance and washing your hands. Time and distance with a mask are always your best defense. Our ability to contain the spread of COVID-19 depends on everyone following these guidelines and doing their part.
