As planning progresses for our Ruskin Commencement Ceremony, we would like to share the following updates with you:

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
9:30 a.m.        Graduate Mass
Prince of Peace Church
No tickets required

1:00 p.m.        Commencement Ceremony
Bradenton Area Convention Center
Tickets required for entry

UPDATES FOR GRADUATES:

Students should arrive for the Commencement Ceremony no later than noon.

Each student is permitted four guests to attend Mass and the Ceremony in person. Seating will be assigned by ticket number and arranged socially distanced in groups of four. Exchanging tickets with others is not allowed for this reason to ensure all guests remain safely within their family pod.

The Ceremony will also be livestreamed at gannon.edu/commencement for those who are unable to be in attendance to join in celebrating our graduates virtually.

Tickets are required for students and guests to enter the event. They will be distributed with the students’ regalia. Because of this, there is no need for graduates to pre-register for Commencement. Regalia distribution will take place beginning April 28. More information on this will be provided soon.

All COVID-19 guidelines are to be followed throughout all events. Masks must be worn at all times and social distancing will be in effect.

UPDATES FOR FACULTY AND STAFF:

Faculty and staff are invited to attend the Commencement Ceremony to join in celebrating our graduates. Those who would like to participate in the procession should arrive no later than noon.

Tickets will be required for entry. Lynzie Sauls shared an Outlook calendar invite to RSVP for the event. Please respond by April 19 to reserve your spot and receive your ticket.
