A guide to Gannon's Fall Break hours and operations schedule

A reminder to our campus communities:
Fall Break is Oct. 13-17. There will be no classes these days, and Gannon is providing a day off for all employees on Friday, Oct. 15.
Below are adjusted hours and operations on behalf of our Ruskin Campus and various Erie campus departments for those who will remain on campus or might need access to campus resources during this timeframe.

RUSKIN CAMPUS
Ruskin Campus will remain open during Fall Break.
Oct. 13-15
7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Administrative assistance will be available in the Admin building and the gym will be open.
Oct. 16-17
10 a.m. – 6 p.m. The gym will be open.
ACADEMIC BUILDINGS
Academic buildings will be open, but hours per building may vary throughout the break.
BOOKSTORE
The Bookstore will be open 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Oct. 13-14. It will be closed on Oct. 15-17 and will reopen with normal business hours on Oct. 18.
CAMPUS MISSION & MINISTRY
The Mission and Ministry Office will be open regular hours on Oct. 13-14, and closed on Oct. 15.

Oct. 13-15 No Masses or Adoration scheduled
Oct. 17 Only 8 p.m. Mass
FRESH CAFÉ
Fresh Café will be closed Oct. 12-17. All normal hours will resume on Monday, Oct. 18.
GANNON PRESS & MAILROOM
The Gannon Press and Mailroom will be open normal business hours Oct. 13-14 and closed Oct. 15-17. For any additional questions or to make arrangements for any special shipments, please email Matt Blumer at Blumer002@gannon.edu.
HEALTH AND COUNSELING CENTER
The Health and Counseling Center will be open regular hours Oct. 13-14. It will be closed on Oct. 15 and reopen on Oct. 18. Please use the following resources during this time:
Medical emergencies: Contact Gannon Police & Safety at 814-871-7777 and they will contact emergency medical services.
Non-urgent medical concerns: Email hlthcoun@gannon.edu and you will be contacted during regular business hours.
Mental health emergencies: Contact Crisis Services at 814-456-2014 or go directly to the ER.
Non-urgent mental health concerns: Email counseling@gannon.edu and you will be contacted during regular business hours.
ITS HELPDESK
The ITS Help Desk will have technicians available to respond to support requests through our ticketing system 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. on Oct. 13-14. The office will be closed on Oct. 15.
Technicians will be available for walk-in support at the Technology Support Center in Nash Library from noon until 7 p.m. on Oct. 16. Telephone support is available at any time using the number below.

KNIGHT CLUB
The Knight Club will be closed Oct. 12-17. All normal hours will resume on Monday, Oct. 18.
KNIGHT WATCH VAN
Students may request transportation services from the Knight Watch van until 1 a.m. Oct. 13. It will then be out of service until Sunday, Oct. 17 at 7 p.m.
METZ DINING
Urban Brew – Will close at 3 p.m. on Oct. 12 and will reopen on Oct. 18 with regular hours of operation.
InterMetzo – Will close at 3 p.m. on Oct. 12 and will reopen on Oct. 18 with regular hours of operation.
Doc’s Landing – Will close at 3 p.m. on Oct. 12 and will reopen Oct. 13-15 from 7:15 a.m. until 2 p.m. It will be closed Oct. 16-17 and will reopen on Oct. 18 with regular hours of operation. Meal Plans will NOT be accepted over Fall Break.
Beyer Hall Cafeteria – Will close at 1:45 p.m. on Oct. 12 and will reopen on Oct. 17 for dinner service at 4:30 p.m.
NASH LIBRARY & STUDENT LEARNING COMMONS
Will reopen and resume normal hours at 10:00 a.m. on Oct. 17.
Oct. 12 – 13 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Oct. 15 – 16 Closed

RECREATION AND WELLNESS CENTER
Adjusted hours over Fall Break are as follows:
Oct. 12 6 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Oct. 13-15 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Oct. 16 12 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Oct. 17 12 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.

RESIDENCE LIFE
Residence Halls close at 5 p.m. on Oct. 12 and reopen at 8 a.m. on Oct. 17.
The Office of Residence Life will be open for normal operation Oct. 13-14. Outside normal business hours and on Oct. 15-17, on-call support is available for residential students by calling 814-871-7000 and asking for the RD on call.
STORE U-KNIGHTED PANTRY
The Store U-Knighted Pantry is available for any and all students. To access the Pantry, please email abatta001@gannon.edu to setup an appointment.
STUDENT SUCCESS CENTER
The Student Success Center is open regular hours (8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) for in-person and virtual assistance Oct. 13-14. It will be closed on Oct. 15.
