As many at the university are now eligible to receive a COVID-19 booster, we have opened our vaccine submission portal to allow you to upload this most recent information to your health records.Gannon is not requiring the booster at this time, but we arehighly encouraging it for those who are eligible to receive it.
To update your COVID-19 vaccine information with Gannon’s Health Center, upload an image of your COVID-19 vaccine booster at:

Interested in receiving a booster? See if you are eligible for a booster at the CDC’s website. You can also check with your medical provider to find locations that accommodate the vaccine you need, or visit vaccinefinder.org to find convenient locations that meet your needs.
Have you recently become fully vaccinated? (2 weeks following your final dose of any series) Those who are newly vaccinated can still upload their record at:
