A guide to Gannon's Finals Week and Christmas Break hours and operations

A reminder to our campus communities:
Finals week is next week, Dec. 13-17; there will be no classes following this date until the spring semester begins on Jan. 10. Employees will be off Dec. 24-Jan1 and the university will be closed these days.
Below are adjusted hours and operations on behalf of our Ruskin Campus and various Erie campus departments for those who will remain on campus or might need access to campus resources during this timeframe.

HEALTH AND COUNSELING CENTER
Finals Week Hours
The Health and Counseling Center will be open during regular business hours throughout finals week until Dec. 23.
Winter Break Hours
The Health and Counseling Center will be closed during the university holiday break Dec.24-Jan. 2, and will reopen on Jan. 3 with normal operating hours.
Please use the following resources during times of closure:
Medical emergencies: Contact Gannon Police & Safety at 814-871-7777 and they will contact emergency medical services.
Non-urgent medical concerns:Email hlthcoun@gannon.eduand you will be contacted during regular business hours when the University reopens.

ITS HELPDESK
The ITS Help Desk will have technicians available in the Palumbo office for walk-in support, phone support, Zoom support requests 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Dec. 13-23. The office will be closed on Dec.24-Jan. 2.

KNIGHT CLUB
The Knight Club will be closed Dec. 15-Jan. 9. All normal hours will resume on Monday, Jan. 10.
KNIGHT WATCH VAN
Students may request transportation services from the Knight Watch van until 1 a.m. on Dec. 13. It will then be out of service until 7 p.m. on Jan. 9.
METZ DINING
Meal plans for fall semester end on Dec. 17 at 3 p.m. Spring semester meals plan will begin on Saturday, Jan. 8 at 4:30 p.m.
Beyer Hall Cafeteria
Closes at 1:45 p.m. on Dec. 17and will reopen Jan. 8 for dinner service.
Regular hours of operations resume on Sunday, Jan.9.
Urban Brew and InterMetzo
Closes Dec. 16 at 2 p.m. and will reopen with regular hours of operation on Jan. 10.
Doc’s Landing
Dec. 17: Closes at 3 p.m.
Dec. 20-22: 7:15 a.m. - 1 p.m.(Meal plans will not be accepted)

Residence Halls close at 5 p.m. on Dec. 17and reopen at 8 a.m. on Jan. 9.Residence Halls will be accessible to those returning to campus on Jan. 8 for required COVID-19 testing.
The Office of Residence Life will be closed Dec. 24-Jan. 2. Outside normal business hours, on-call support is available for residential students by calling 814-871-7000 and asking for the RD on call.
STORE U-KNIGHTED PANTRY
The Store U-Knighted Pantry is available for any and all students. To access the emergency food service, please email abatta001@gannon.eduto setup an appointment.
