Register for a COVID-19 vaccine or booster
We encourage you to register for a vaccine or booster dose if you are not yet fully vaccinated or boosted.
CLICK HERE to register OR login to your MyChart account to schedule an appointment through a secure portal with our AHN vaccine partner.
Once you have accessed the link, select “Gannon University, Erie” as your preferred location if you wish to participate in our on-campus clinic. You can also select other locations – like Saint Vincent Hospital, Erie – if this clinic time works better with your schedule.
Please read all website instructions carefully. Be sure to bring a form of picture ID. Bring your vaccine card or certificate if you are registering for a Pfizer or Moderna Vaccination Dose 2 or a Booster dose.
While the clinic will accept walk-up appointments, reserving your vaccine dose in advance is strongly encouraged to ensure adequate supply.
You can also check with your medical provider to find locations that accommodate the vaccine you need, or visit vaccinefinder.org to find convenient locations that meet your personal needs.
Have you already received your COVID-19 Vaccination or booster?
If you received your vaccine series and have not yet uploaded your vaccine card, please upload a copy of your original vaccination series here. If you received your booster dose and have not yet uploaded your card to the booster portal, please upload a copy here.
This will give us a more accurate account of the percentage of our Gannon community members who are already fully vaccinated and boosted.
