Posted: November 29, 2022

In partnership with Allegheny Health Network, Gannon will be hosting an on-campus Flu and COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. this Friday, Dec. 2, in the Yehl Ballroom in Gannon’s Waldron Campus Center. This clinic is free to the Gannon community and insurance is not required.

We will be offering the following COVID-19 vaccine and booster options:

Pfizer Dose 1 (12+ years)

Pfizer Dose 2 (12+ years and at least 21 days since receipt of Pfizer dose 1)

Pfizer Dose 3 (12+, for primary series for moderate-severe immunocompromised individuals only)

Novavax (18+ years) dose 1 and dose 2 (3-8 weeks after dose 1)

Pfizer bivalent booster (12+ years; original strain + Omicron BA.4/BA.4; at least 2 months after last booster or last dose of primary series)

Given demand and vaccine supply, registration for flu and COVID-19 vaccines is strongly encouraged. Walk-ins will be accepted but cannot fully be assured access.

Please read all website instructions carefully. Be sure to bring a form of picture ID. Bring your vaccine card or certificate if you are registering for primary or booster doses.

You can also check with your medical provider to find locations that accommodate the vaccine you need, or visit vaccinefinder.org to find convenient locations that meet your personal needs.
