Campus Hours - Winter Break

The University will be open from November 30th to December 18th from 9:00AM to 4:00PM Monday through Friday.  Campus will be closed on Saturday and Sunday during the winter break.

Gannon University will be celebrating the Christmas Holiday and will be officially closed from December 21st to January 3rd.  Campus will reopen January 4th to January 22nd from 9:00AM to 4:00PM.  Spring semester courses on campus are scheduled to resume on Monday, January 25th.

As a reminder to everyone, please complete your LiveSafe survey daily, if you are on campus for courses, labs or work or in field for clinical rotations or fieldwork. During the winter break, students and employees are not required to complete the LiveSafe survey. If you are using campus facilities during winter break, you need to provide a completed LiveSafe survey with a green check and complete the wellness check successfully prior to entering campus buildings.  Masks continue to be required with appropriate social distancing.

Gannon plans on COVID testing all students, staff, and faculty prior to returning to classes.  The dates for this testing have not be determined.  We will communicate this ASAP so you can make appropriate plans to return to campus.

Please monitor your email for ongoing updates regarding the policies and procedures for our  return to campus. All updates are also posted and available at http://update.gannon.edu.

We want to wish everyone success on your final exams and a Happy Thanksgiving.

Be safe,

Sarah Ewing, Rick Johnson, Desi Herter
