Policy expanded regarding vaccine, quarantine and COVID-positive pay

Dear Colleagues,

This message is to notify you that we have expanded our existing policy regarding quarantine and isolation pay to now include coverage for those receiving COVID-19 vaccines.

We are pleased to share this additional benefit with our employees. This benefit will now cover time that may be missed from work to obtain the vaccine, as well as time that may be needed due to side-effects.

We hope that with this additional coverage employees will be encouraged and supported to obtain the vaccine either through the Gannon/LECOM COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic as it becomes available or elsewhere.

We thank you for your continued diligence and care as we work together to limit exposure to the virus and keep our Gannon community a safe and healthy place to work.
